Return / Exchange & Refund Policy:

We guarantee the quality of our products and endeavor to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or Exchange of the product shall be governed by the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies.

Return Eligibility:

•    Return Period: You can return items within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Non-returnable items: Accessories, footwear, jewellery, turban, dupatta as well as made to order products are not returnable.
•    Specific return terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms.
•    Product condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
•    Approval: All returns are subject to approval

How to return a product:

•    Return process: Click on "Return" under "My Account" in footer & follow return procedure to return a product.
•    Online request: You can put the return request online without needing to call or email.

Refund process:

•    Return request: Once you raise the return request, we will arrange pickup for the product.
•    Quality check: Once we have received product, quality check will be done at our warehouse.
•    Refund initiation: Upon successful quality check, we will initiate your refund.
•    Refund timeline: Once we have received product, you will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.
•    No refund will be given in case of used products & products that are not in original condition.

Order cancelations:

•    Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
